From Hemmings Motor News:
“While Dodge’s Adult Toys lineups of the late 1970s included such notable beasts as the Warlock, the Macho Power Wagon and the Street Van, off-road legend Vic Hickey felt there was still room on the market to support another Dodge truck slathered with wild graphics and off-road accessories. This 1978 Dodge Top Hand Power Wagon for sale on Hemmings.com is one of the 200 (or 402, depending on your source) Top Hands that resulted. From a little digging, it appears that Hickey made the Top Hand package available on any Mopar truck that could have the Macho Power Wagon package – that is, the pickups, the Ramchargers and the Plymouth Trail Dusters – along with some two-wheel-drive trucks; how many of them survive in original condition as this one has is anybody’s guess. From the seller’s description:

1 of 200 produced by Dodge. Completely original, original paint. Motor 440, 4×4, p/s, p/b, a/c, original radio white cb. Build sheet, bill of sale. Winner of Detroit 1982 ”people’s choice.” Only 2 owners.
